Healthy habits of personal hygiene

Hygiene promotes good health. Good personal hygiene is one of the most effective ways to protect ourselves from many diseases.

  1. Feet are necessary to wash after every going to toilet. This will prevent the body from invasion of pathogenic germ.
  2. Body wash once per day is necessary. If you do’t take bath your body smells due to chemicals in sweat including pheromones which are made by the body, due to excretion of metabolized alcohol, due to the action of bacteria that feed on the dead skin cells.
  3. Hand washing is the every time activity during the day after using toilet, before making or eating food, before going to sleep and after handling pets etc.
  4. Clean your teeth properly.
  5. Hair becomes dusty very soon due to maximum surface area.
  6. Dust may carry harmful bacteria. Wash your hairs twice a week.
  7. Take a sleep of 7 to 8 hours per day.
  8. Have some entertainment which makes you healthy physically and mentally.
  9. Do’t spit on roads. Your spit may infect others. It should punishable too.
  10. Disinfect the things used, when you are unwell.
  11. Be careful not to cough or sneeze on others. In excretion of cough and sneeze, harmful bacteria and virus are present which may infect others.
